“In all my years dealing with pharmacies, 501 Pharmacy is the best! The level of service from Han and his staff is outstanding. My husband lost his small portable pill container and we could not find a suitable one anywhere. Han went to his supplier resources and found the perfect replacement container for us. You can’t beat that personal attention. He also tracks medications and makes sure they don’t run out, follows up with the doctors as needed, and even delivers for free. Such peace of mind is priceless! And I love supporting local business. Thank you Han for being there.”

“Words can’t really adequately describe the difference in the level of service that a big box drug store can provide vs an independent, but if you haven’t experienced it you are selling yourself short. Han is the absolute best in providing a level of service that is far superior to what you might expect. I was out of an active prescription, yet Han was willing to contact my physician’s office after 5pm and I had medication within 30 minutes! Sure is immensely helpful when you’re brewing a migraine. I am so happy that 501 Pharmacy opened and I am able to be their customer. If YOU think that YOU deserve excellent customer service, what are you waiting for, Dr. Han Su is the BEST!”

“I was so pleased to see I had a pharmacy practically at my front door when I moved to Briar Chapel…but then I wasn’t able to get to the store in time to pick up my prescriptions because I work until 7pm each night. Well, when I called to say I needed to transfer my prescriptions to the CVS which had hours more in alignment with my needs, the pharmacist himself said he would be glad to deliver for free! And so they do….each month, I have a package on my door, hidden in a good little spot we’ve agreed on and I have one less thing to deal with! I also like that I’m able to advocate for a local business vs. a big chain.”
